4th of July Weekend in Erie, PA

We received word from our agency, Children at Heart that our dossier has been translated to Russian and arrived back to them last Tuesday, July 15th. It will hopefully be able to be submitted to the Consulate in New York City this coming week! Michael had to redo his FBI prints (as they were near expiring), so we reapplied....waited to receive it back, had that notarized, authenticated and aposilled again in Annapolis. The road to Annapolis is becoming quite familar. Luckily, it is only about 30 minutes away. It is a charming and historic city on the water, with a quaint shopping area and lots of nice places to eat. Along the way is Annapolis Mall, complete with a Pottery Barn Kids store.....Michael tells me I have made one too many visits there lately....

We spent the 4th of July weekend up in Erie, PA, visiting our friends Susan, Kelly, Connor and Morty. We had a wonderful visit and got to see the 4th of July fireworks over Lake Erie, visit their new home, see their new Dealership and celebrate Connor's birthday while we were there too. It was a great weekend!
